Wilsons Holden has become aware that a 'anti advertisement' has been recently sent by chain email to a number of people.
The 'anti advertisement' suggests that a sale is being carried on at Wilsons Holden and it makes a number of derogatory comments about management, staff and customers of Wilsons Holden.
Wilsons Holden takes great exception to the comments made in the 'anti advertisement' against its management, staff and its loyal customers. Further, Wilsons Holden treats any negative implication made against Holden with the utmost seriousness.
The 'anti advertisement' could result in considerable damage to the reputation of Wilsons Holden.
As of 29th May 2009, in the event that a person has received the 'anti advertisement' and knowingly forwards it to, or plays it to any third party Wilsons Holden reserve their rights to pursue that person for defamation in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
